It really looks like that, when it comes for gaming, that Core i7-3960X is no better than Core i7-2600K, which may be great news for the gamers around the globe!
Anyhow, the hardware from these days are WAY AHEAD of the software. Which game does push a GTX 580 SLI to the limits? As far as I know, there´s none out there.
When CRYSIS was released, there was no hardware capable of maximizing it in fullHD but, right now, we´re closing in the next video cards generation, and the previous one was already capable of playing whatever gamever you threw at it.
Thankfully, PC games seem to be advancing at a fast pace and, finally, we see games that start to tap into better hardware. As many reviewers and gamers praise into Battlefield 3´s graphics and others to come, it´s likely games are going to improve fast in these following years.
